We do not provide refund for the purchased products.
2. Returns
Product returns is not accepted.
3. Replacement
There is replacement provided, in case of damaged product. However, we require package opening video, showing the order label and product to confirm the damaged product.
4. Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of jewellery ordered. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
